Ellis, Jeffrey Daniel,30, of Louisville, died peacefully on January 21, 2017 while living in Denver, CO. Jeff was born on April 17, 1986 in Dallas, TX. He entered this world 6 weeks before his delivery date and departed, as he arrived, much too early. Jeff is survived by his parents, Joan and Steve Ellis; his brothers, Joe and Sam (Grace) Ellis; his grandmother, Jean Wilcox; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a large number of friends both in Louisville and in Denver. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at Bardstown Road Presbyterian Church, 1722 Bardstown Road, Louisville, on Saturday, February 4 at 3 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Apron, inc., a charity providing temporary, limited financial relief to workers within the independent restaurant community of Louisville.
