Jeffery Wade DavisJeffery Wade Davis, 57, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his residence. Jeffery was born on May 1, 1959 in Chicago, IL to the late Cletus Davis, and Audrey (Goodman) Davis of Jonesboro, IL, and she survives. Jeffery was a graduate of Anna-Jonesboro Community High. He married Michelle "Shelly" Davis on July 29, 1989, and she survives. Jeffery worked as an assembler at Kirby Risk for the past 12 years. He was a life member of the NRA, loved spending time with friends at the ERG Gun shop.Surviving are two children, Jake Davis, and Alix Davis. Also surviving, is one brother, Rick (Nancy) Davis of Virginia Beach, one sister, Gayle Davis (Jack) Yarbrough of Anna, IL, and one sister-in-law, Tina Sandefur of Lafayette.He is preceded in death by one brother, Wesley Davis.Private Family services.
