Jefferey Maurice Gilberts, 49, passed on February 09, 2021. He was born to James Gilberts and Anne Phillips in Washington, Washington, D.C. on November 23, 1971.
He helped raised 4 children Breosha O’Neal , Shilkara Partee, Salassie Gilberts, Jaheim (Phillips ). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren. He was a devout Rastafarian.
