Jeffan N. Mobley was born on September 05, 1999 to Brenetta Mobley and Jeffrey Miller. He daparted this life on April 19, 2019, he was a active member of Grace United Methodist Church. He graduated from Harrisburg High School Class of 2018. He was in R.O.T.C an active alumni. He discovered his passion for fashion at an early age, where he was looking to attend to Temple University for fashion. Jeffan leaves to cherish his one lovely brother, Khary Mobley; five aunts, six uncles, grandmother, grandfather, cousins, a host of friends and a special friend Ashley Bell. Jeffan was a jewel; so happy and always smiling. he was very handsome. Jeffan loved life, loved people, he loved helping anyone. He really will be missed.
