Jeannie Mapp Carter of Saluda, Virginia, passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on December 16, 1969, Jeannie lived a vibrant and colorful life filled with love, laughter, and creativity.

Jeannie was a proud graduate of Camden High School in Camden, New Jersey, where she excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. She had a passion for the arts, including drawing, crafting, and music. Her creative talents brought joy to those around her and left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Jeannie was a devoted mother to her two children, Jennifer and Jessica, who meant the world to her. She adored her four grandchildren and cherished spending time with them, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Despite facing prolonged medical conditions, Jeannie always maintained a positive outlook on life. Her resilience, strength, and unwavering optimism were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Although Jeannie may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the music she held dear.
