Jeanne Chennault Beers, 94, of Friendswood, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 1, 2023. Jeanne was born on March 22, 1929 in Ft. Worth, TX to John and Ora Helpenstill. She married Norman B. Chennault Sr. in 1945, with who she had her 5 loving children with. Jeanne was proud to have worked in Nashville, TN for Grand Ole Opry star, Bill Anderson for 24 years before retiring and moving back to Texas. She married Charles A. Beers in 1999, with whom she happily spent the last 18 years of his life with before his passing in 2018.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband Charles Beers, her parents John and Ora Helpenstill, two brothers, one sister, and two grandchildren, Clayton Chennault and Heather Chennault.

She is survived by her 5 children, Lynn Rawls and husband, Larry; Laurie Burkett and husband, Ronny; Norman B. Chennault Jr. and wife, Pat; Kathy Gaddy and husband, Ted; J. Scott Chennault and wife, Sharon. Survived by her 11 Grandchildren, and multiple great (and great-great) grand children.

Jeanne, lovingly Memaw, to her many grandchildren lived a long, happy, healthy life. She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing gospel music, and watching her Houston Astros. We will miss her forever, but look forward to reuniting with her in our Heavenly home one day.
