Jeanne Leigh DePriest, 79, of Katy, Texas, passed on March 31, 2023. Jeanne was born on March 06, 1944 in Malden, Massachusetts. Jeanne was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is preceded in death by parents Stuart and Sarah (Stande) DePriest of Malden, Massachusetts and longtime partner, John Medeiros of Somerville, Massachusetts. Jeanne is survived by 3 children, Deborah Halberg of Bellows Falls, Vermont, Monika and her husband, Abdelhalim Saad Saoud of Katy, Texas, and Franz and his wife, Lisa Deisenbeck of Willow Springs, North Carolina. She leaves behind grandchildren Annika and Amber Halberg and Amir and Alia Saad Saoud. Jeanne leaves behind siblings, Elaine and her husband, Steve Obeniski of Brockton, Ma., Stuart and his wife, Joanne DePriest of Swampscott, Ma., Nancy MacLeod of Kitchener, Ontario, Christine and her husband, Richard Burke of Lawerence, Ma., Steven and his wife Martha DePriest of Summerville, South Carolina, William and his wife, Pamela DePriest of Malden, Ma., John and his wife Catherine DePriest of Medford, Ma., Marc DePriest of Malden, Ma. and Mary DePriest of Malden, Ma.
