This obituary is administered by:

A Life Like No Other

On July 10th, 2020 the world lost Jeanie Lea Goode at 59 years old. Jeanie's loved ones will forever remember her as a feisty woman who spent a large swath of her time explaining why she was not short but instead was measured wrong. She never missed the opportunity to debate the newest conspiracies. She had a tremendous heart and never met a stranger. She loved everyone and was always good for the best hugs you could ask for. When she wasn't gardening, studying, or contemplating the Bible she could be found enjoying her grandkids. She is irreplaceable and has left the world a bit darker upon her absence. She was proceeded in death by her mother Shirley J. Wade, her father Jess J. Wade, and brother James Wade. She was survived by her loving husband of 31 years Joseph B. Goode, her two sons Jeremy and Chris Morris, her two daughter in laws Tia and Carol Morris, and her five grand children Zaelin , Gabriel, Dylan, June, and Elise Morris. A memorial service will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery on Sunday November 27th starting at 10am.
