Joan Marie Tiller 81, passed away  August 5, 2019 at her home in Grundy. She was born May 14, 1938 in the small town of Council Virginia. Joan was the beloved wife of 51 years, the late Harold Guy Tiller of Council Virginia. Devoted mother of Connie Tiller-Dales husband Jimmy Dales and Eddie Tiller wife Cindy Tiller. Dear daughter of late Sandra Hurley Coleman and Frank Coleman of Council Virginia. Doting grandmother of  Patrick, Brian, Marcus Tiller and John Dales, Ondrea Dales Harris. Loving great grandmother of Jasmine Tiller, Hayden & Jase Dales, Madison Harris and Easton Lawless. Joan is also survived by her sister June Coleman Looney. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Allan Coleman. Joan was long time active member in her church and community projects for the last 60 years. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of her family and friends.
