Jean Margaret Boehme, 90, passed away on September 7, 2017 at her home. She was born on March 21, 1927 in Chicago, IL and is the daughter of the late Jacob and Margaret (Toepp) Irmiter. On June 11, 1949, Jean married John French Boehme in Chicago. She was a loving mother and homemaker. Jean was a member of the Oshkosh Country Club and an active volunteer at St. Mary Church and school. She also attended St. Jude the Apostle. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Anne Boehme, Washington D.C. four sons: Christopher Peter Boehme, Oshkosh, John French Boehme, Jr, Oshkosh, Andrew Luke Boehme, Florida, William Jacob (Sharon) Boehme, Oshkosh; six grandchildren: Elena Boehme, Jordan (Elisa) Jacobsen, Erin (Doug) Boehme, John Boehme III, William Boehme Jr, and Madison Boehme; and two brothers: Peter (Sheila) Irmiter, and Donn Irmiter.She was preceded in death by her husband, John; one son, Paul; two brothers: Jim and Richard Irmiter; and one sister, Joan Hubbard.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00PM on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Mary site 605 Merrit Ave., with Father Jerry Pastor as celebrant. Visitation for family and friends will be at the church on Friday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
