Jean Welch, 47, of Manning, South Carolina, United States, passed Monday, January 06, 2020. Jean was born October 18, 1972. She is survived by her 4 Children Derek, Dekota, Jaida and Billy; and a Sister Marsha as well as her Loving Brother Timmy. She will be having a memorial service this Thursday at a location to be disclosed by the family.
