It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jean Anderson, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Jean was born on January 23, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri to her parents Vernon Rhodes and Emily Rowland.

She married the love of her life, Leon Anderson, in 1965 and together they raised two children, Stephen and [Name]. Jean adored her family and took great pride in being a grandmother to her eight grandchildren.

After graduating from Lincoln High School, Jean began her career at Mobil Oil. She dedicated many years of hard work before retiring in 1993. Even in retirement, Jean continued to share her warmth and wisdom with those around her.

Known for her infectious laughter and kind spirit, Jean brought joy to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
