Funeral service for Marie Nicole Duharte will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Lockehill Cemetery under direction of Texas Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Nicole Marie Duharte, age 72, San Antonio, died Thursday, March 5, 2020 in a local hospital.  Mrs. Duharte was born May 10,1947  and grew up in Bridgeport, Connecticut and moved to San Antonio in the 1980's.  She married Roman Omar Duharte on August 17, 1971 in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  He preceded her in death on October 14, 2005.

She worked with her husband at his plumbing business, Pronto Rooter, and retired February 2007.

she is survived by her daughters and sons Maria and husband Jose , Georgia, Lydia and Husband Mike, Connecticut, Juan and Tracy Duharte, Florida, Roman and Julie, Texas, 10 grandchildren; John Duharte, Alexis Duharte, Taven Duharte, Erick Duharte , Erica Duharte, Michael Jones, Ashley Jones, Adam Lopez, Ricky Lopez and April Lopez 5 great grandchildren; Paul Ring, Alexa Ring, Amber Jones, Tyler Jones and Shawn Duharte.
