Jason W. Ellet, 36LAFAYETTE — Jason W. Ellet, 36, of Lafayette passed away at 2:11 am on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette. He was employed at Wabash Center Inc. since 2010. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Colts and IU fan and he loved Harley's and bowling.Jason was born on March 9, 1979 in Huntington, the son of Wilbur D. and Mary L.
