Jason PockettPLEASANT VALLEY - Jason J. Pockett, 29, passed away unexpectedly at home on February 25, 2017. He was born on August 22, 1987, in Poughkeepsie, to Brian Somers and Martha Pockett.After graduating high school Jason went on to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. He worked at the Renaissance Nursing Home in Hyde Park. He took pride in his work, and truly cared for his residents. He loved the New York Yankees. Jason will be remembered as a proud father, and a good friend to many.In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Nicole (Moret) Pockett. His adoring daughter Michelle Pockett, and his beloved grandfather, Kenneth Pockett. Also his half siblings, Meaghan and Brian Jr., Somers. Visitation will be held on Friday 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Allen Funeral Home, 1605 Main Street.
