He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ralph "Stub", Dorine Lake and Luther Cawdwell; his uncles, Robert Cawdwell and Luther Cawdwell, Jr.. He is survived by : his parents, Dale Lake and Karan Lake (Cawdwell); his brother Dustin Lake; his grandmother Carol Cawdwell; his nieces and nephews, Olivia Lake and Colin Lake; his uncles, Wade Lake, David Cawdwell, Cory Harvey and Ashley Lake.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested charitable donations made to the Hobart Ames Foundation Cemetery Fund, 4275 Buford Ellington Road, Grand Junction, TN 38039. [Ames Plantation is a 501(c)(3) organization.]
