It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jasmine Morrison, a beloved resident of Mempiseu, Tennessee, United States. Jasmine was born on October 17, 1950, and peacefully departed from this world on July 7, 2023.

Jasmine was a remarkable individual, known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering determination. She touched the lives of many with her genuine compassion and willingness to help those in need.

Jasmine was raised in Mempiseu and attended the local schools, where her vibrant personality and exceptional intelligence shone through. She had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and pursued higher education at the University of Tennessee, where she earned a degree in Education. As an educator, Jasmine dedicated herself to shaping young minds and instilling a love for learning in her students.

Outside of her profession, Jasmine was a true lover of the arts. She had a deep appreciation for literature and could often be found lost in a good book. Her poetic soul led her to explore various forms of writing, and she even authored a collection of heartfelt poems that touched the souls of many who read them.

Jasmine had a zest for life and adventure. She had an undeniable wanderlust and traveled to many breathtaking destinations around the world. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the serene beaches of Bali, Jasmine embraced different cultures and forged unforgettable memories wherever she went.

Family meant the world to Jasmine, and she cherished every moment spent with loved ones. She was a devoted spouse, having been married to the love of her life, James, for over four decades. Their bond was unbreakable, and they served as an inspiration to those around them, reminding others of the beauty of true love.

Jasmine was also a doting mother to her two children, Emily and Michael. She showered them with unconditional love, guidance, and support as they embarked on their own paths in life. She treasured every milestone, big or small, and celebrated their achievements with pride.

In addition to her role as a mother, Jasmine was a beloved grandmother to her adoring grandchildren, Hannah and Daniel. She wholeheartedly embraced her new title of "Nana" and created extraordinary memories with them. She was their biggest fan and watching them grow brought immeasurable joy to her heart.

She is survived by her loving husband, James; her children, Emily and Michael; her grandchildren, Hannah and Daniel; and a multitude of relatives and friends who will carry on her memory.
