It is with tremendous sadness, but also with much laughter and joy that we announce the passing of Janiyah Webb on May 11, 2023. Janiyah was born on January 20, 1994, in Greenwood, South Carolina, and lived a life full of adventure, love, and laughter.

Janiyah was well-known in her community for her infectious smile, her love of dancing, and her extraordinary sense of humor. She truly had a gift for making people laugh, and her quick wit and silly antics were always a welcome sight.

One of Janiyah's greatest passions was cooking, and she was well-known for her delicious gumbo and cornbread. She loved to entertain and was always happiest surrounded by family and friends, enjoying good food and even better company.

Despite her many accomplishments and passions, Janiyah will be most remembered for her spirit. She was a kind and generous soul, always quick to lend a helping hand or a sympathetic ear. Her love of life was infectious, and her laughter will echo on in the memories of those who knew her well.

Janiyah is survived by her parents, siblings, and numerous friends who will miss her dearly. We take comfort in knowing that her spirit lives on and that she brought so much joy and light into the world.

Rest in peace, Janiyah. You will always be remembered, cherished, and celebrated.
