Janice ArltBlaine, TNJanice M. "Jenny" Arlt, age 64, of Blaine, TN, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at her home. Janice was born on September 22, 1952 to the late Stephen L. and Eva M. Kezer of Tucson, AZ. She built so many different things and all of them were beautiful. Her husband, Joe nick named her, "Bob the Builder". She enjoyed making different things from pallet wood, loved being out in her work shop and planting flowers in her yard. Spring and fall were her favorite seasons. She was a Chicago Cubs fan all her life; and yes, she got to see them finally win the World Series. The biggest smile was upon her face. Jenny was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her sister, Angela B. Charbonneau; and two brothers, Fredderick A. and Charles E. Kezer. She is survived by her husband, Julius H. Arlt, Jr. (Joe); his son, Julius H. Arlt, III; and grandson, Julius A. Arlt, I; former husband, Lynn H. Allott; son, Jeremy M. Allott and wife Julie; grandchildren, Jaclyn, Jason, Jacob and Jessica; son, Rodney A. Allott and wife, Michelle; grandchildren, Grace, Lillian, Henry, Trent and Bradon Hamilton. All reside in Illinois; brother, LeRoy Kezer and wife, Kim of Gig Harbor, WA; sister, Margaret (Margie) Widhalm and husband, Albert (Al) of Surgoinsville, TN; brother, Michael Kezer of Tucson, AZ; several nieces and nephews, along with great-nieces and nephews.Please do not send any flowers. If you would like to make a donation to the in Jenny's name, that would be appreciated. A memorial service will be Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer Funeral Home.
