Janet Anne Baines, 71, passed on July 18, 2021. She was born to John Crockett and Shirley Crockett in Durham, North Carolina on March 09, 1950.

She married Hugh Baines in 1972 and they lived together in Raleigh, North Carolina. Together they raised 1 child Amanda Smith (Jacob Smith). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

Janet graduated from Broughton High School in 1967 and received a degree from the Duke University in 1974.

Janet worked at Receptionist at WakeMed Primary Care until she retired in 2018 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
