James Scroggins, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on November 14, 2025 in San Diego, California. Born on April 21, 1949 to Richard and Rosella Scroggins, James lived a full and vibrant life surrounded by his family and friends.

James worked in Broadcasting for over 30 years before starting his own wellness business in 2015. While broadcasting he started his first business Americas Host Limousine service. James was a dedicated member of the NAACP San Diego Chapter, always striving to make a difference in his community.

In 2002, James married the love of his life, Yukiko. James had three children, Christopher, Michael, and Lauren. James was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, whom he adored.

James had a passion for fitness and could often be found at the gym or going on long walks along the beach. He loved riding his bike for hours, finding joy in the simple pleasure of the open road. In his downtime, James enjoyed watching Chevy Chase movies and action films, always eager for a good laugh or adrenaline rush.

James will be remembered for his kindness, his sense of humor, and his unwavering dedication to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
