James Odell Reid, 83, of Monterey, passed away on Sunday August 9, 2015. He was born April 4, 1932 in Moody, MO.
Mr. Reid served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He also worked for the Monterey Peninsula School District as a computer manager for 17 years.
James is preceded in death by his parents Russell Reid and Ruth Reid, and his sister Patricia Reid Brooks.
Mr. Reid is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Yvonne of Monterey, CA; Son Michael Reid of Garrett Park, MD; Brothers Bob Reid of West Plains, MO and Terry Reid of Nixa, MO; Grandson Jason Reid of Bethesda, MD; and Granddaughter Carolyn Reid of Bethesda, MD.
