James "Jim" Paul MiklancicFebruary 24, 1930 - June 30, 2014James "Jim" Paul Miklancic, 84, of Homedale, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014 at home with his loving family at his side. Jim was born on February 24, 1930 in Homedale, Idaho to Valentine "Tiny" and Francis (Marchek) Miklancic. He lived and farmed his entire life in Homedale. Jim was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman, a love that he passed on to his kids and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Fred Miklancic. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Linda, sons; Scott (Chris), Racer, grandchildren; Savannah, Casey, Miranda, Erika, Lane, Grace, John, Avery, Natalie and Lauryn, sisters; Margaret George and Helen Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on July 3, 2014 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Homedale. The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Heart and Home Hospice who took great care of Jim during his illness (822 S. 10th Ave., Caldwell, ID 83605).
