James M. DialinaFebruary 21, 1963 - August 28, 2013James M. Dialina, 50, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at a local hospital following an illness. He was born on February 21, 1963 in Pocatello to Evangelia (Skoulekaris) and Michael Dialina. Jim attended Pocatello High School and became involved with the Pep Band. He especially loved playing the drums and was part of a local band with some of his friends. Jim graduated from Pocatello High in 1981. He went on to further his education at Idaho State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.Jim worked in various positions in the job field throughout his life. Among his hobbies, Jim loved astronomy. He was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church.Jim was preceded in death by his father, Michael; and a brother Mike Androulakis. He is survived by his mother, Evangelia Dialina; and siblings, Mary (David) Price of Jackson, Michigan, Vicky (Rocky) Fullmer of Pocatello, Manuel (Elaine) Dialina of Boise; as well as 8 nieces and nephews.A traditional Greek Trisagion service will be held 6:00 P.M. on Monday, September 2nd at Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave, Pocatello. A viewing will follow the Trisagion. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church located at 518 North 5th Ave in Pocatello. It is the family's preference that those who wish may send contributions in Jim's memory to the Greek Orthodox Church's Building Fund to help in its endeavors in restoring this beautiful historic building.
