James Lee Hill aka "Chef Lulu", 56, was born on September 06, 1965 and passed on June 22, 2022. He was born to mother, Arthur Lean Stewart in Houston, Texas.

He is preceeded in death by his mother, uncles, and niece.

He leaves behind 2 younger sisters: Dorthy Halverson and Tina Hill, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Lulu attended Tucson High and later worked as Executive Chef at Baby Kay's Cajun Restaurant for 20+ years and ended his career at Scott's Generations.

Lulu was loved by everyone who met him and knew how to put a smile on everyones face. He was definitely the cook of the family and would throw down in the kitchen! He was the protector of the family. Everyone knew all it would take is a phone call and he'd be on his way. He will truly be missed by all who had the opportunity to encounter him.
