He was born on March 31, 1942, in Plymouth, IN, to the late Floyd A. and Mary Ellen (Kring) Markley.James is survived by two sisters, Barbara McWilliams of South Bend, IN, and Vicki Markley of Argos, IN, and two brothers, Larry D. (Betty) Markley of WI and Kenneth G. Markley of Lakeville, IN.James served his country honorably in the United States Army from 1961-1963.Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2017, at Eastlawn Cemetery, North Liberty, IN.
