James Kelch TaubeMelbourneJames Kelch Taube, age 94, passed away at his home with loving family by his side May 8, 2017.  Jim was born on February 12, 1923 in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Marie and Leo Taube. He spent his younger years in Michigan before moving to Florida where he has been a resident for more than 70 years.  Married 44 years to his devoted, precious wife, Dotti, together they have made lasting memories of playing golf several times a week, taking vacations on cruise ships, spending time with dear friends and loving one another unconditionally. Jim retired with GMAC after 35 years of service as a Dealer Relations Manager.  The perfect job for Jim, as he never met a stranger.  He was preceded in death by his son, Bruce and is survived by his loving wife, Dotti, his children Dede, Jamie, Janine (Tom), Jeffrey, Jimmy Jr. and Debbie. His daughter in law, Cindy, his four grandchildren whom he adored, Megan, Morgan, Casey (Brooke) and Colby, and many cousins, nephews and nieces.  A service to celebrate his life will be held at Grand Isle Clubhouse for family and friends on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM.  Family & Friends visitation starting at 12:00 P.M.
