James Keith Frank, 63, of Oshkosh, WI, died Friday, March 17, 2017 at home with his family beside him. Keith was born on June 2, 1953, in Oshkosh, WI, to his parents Robert and Katheryn Frank. He married his high school sweetheart, Pamela L. Frank (Case) in August of 1974. They remained happily in love and married for 42 years. He was the proud father to three children: son Jesse, married to Maggie; daughter Sarah Roseborough (Frank) married to LeVar; and daughter Amy. He was a fun, exciting and imaginative grandfather to his two grandchildren. He was devoted and passionate about his family, as well as the many friends that he was blessed to have.Keith lived his life with the constant reminder that we may have our thoughts and plans, "but God…" has His purpose, and Keith honored his. He was a woodworker, loved music, enjoyed playing instruments, listening to books on tape, eating Culver's bacon cheeseburgers (with lots of mayo), plants and gardening, playing pirates and ping pong with his grandchildren and passionately pursued the interests and gifts God gave him. Anyone that knew him was always impressed with his attention to detail when it came to his interests. Keith had a strong belief in God and always provided strength and optimism to those around him.Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Katherine Frank and brother Bob Frank (Gail). Keith is survived by his wife Pamela Frank, brother, Ron Frank (Shirley Wilber), son Jesse Frank (Maggie), daughter Sarah Roseborough (LeVar), daughter Amy Frank; and two grandchildren.He is walking in the presence of Jesus now and has gained true peace.Services for Keith will be held at 4:00PM on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Westside (100 Lake Pointe Drive). A visitation will be held from 3PM until the time of service, and continue after the service until 6PM. Rev Karl Kramer will be officiating.
