James Nelson of Hudson, Wisconsin, passed away on April 27, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 7, 1939, to Jordan and Georgia May Nelson.

James is survived by his partner, Beca Jones, and their five children: James Jr, Monique, Latoya, Tiki, and Rometta. He also leaves behind four adoring grandchildren.

James had many hobbies, including music, playing bass, and enjoying sports with his grandsons Yori and Johnny. He cherished spending time with his granddaughters Shawonda and Mariana.

He will always be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and dedication to his family. James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
