James Ford, 69, of Barnwell, South Carolina, passed on May 12, 2021. James was born on July 28, 1951. Son of Robert and Nancy Ford, James grew up in Charleston South Carolina with his Sisters Annette Boley, Alberta Kennedy, and Hattie Mallard. 

He worked for many years doing various jobs but mostly construction. James displayed a strong
love for his family and friends, and would do anything for them. Leaving to cherish the memories are his Son, James E. Ford Jr.; Granddaughters, Britney Ford and Miauntea Frost; Great Grandson, Adrian O’Mari King; Sister, Hattie F. Mallard (Richard L. Mallard Sr.); Aunt Rosetta Johnson (Leroy Johnson), Gillette Glover, Minnie Owens, Clara Mae Wade, Lorine Thompson, Dorothy Crawford; Uncle Leon Houston, and hosts nephews, nieces, and cousins.
