James Hulmes, Jr. was born on January 13, 1965 in Dagsboro, Delaware to his loving parents James E. Hulmes, Sr. and Eleanor Hulmes. He lived a fulfilling life surrounded by family and friends, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He is survived by his son, James E. Hulmes, 3rd, whom he loved dearly. James was also a proud grandfather to his grandchild.

James had a passion for fishing and spent many peaceful days out on the water, enjoying the serenity of nature. His adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors will be remembered by all who shared in his company.

On March 24, 2025, James Hulmes, Jr. passed away, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and love. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on in their hearts forever.
