JAMES D. PEREA Our heavenly Angel was called home on December 9, 2016. James was born on May 24, 1952 in Santa Fe, N.M.. James was a life long resident of Agua Fria Village. He was a hard worker and always willing to lend a helping hand. He had numerous jobs during his lifetime from Police Officer to mechanic to caretaker, but far most he loved coaching many sports. His main hobby was going to Camel Rock Casino. James is preceded in death by his loving wife Judy R. Perea, son Jerrold Perea, parents Ramon Perea Sr. and Rachel Perea, Brothers Ramon Jr. Tony, Ralph Perea. A very special Uncle & Aunt Tony, Luisa Garcia whom he took care of. James is survived by his loving children James (Elizabeth), Jessica, and Jeremy (Amanda) Perea. His grandchildren Jessica (Jerad) and Aiden, God-daughter Paula Baca and Godson Johnny Archuleta, Also a life long best friend Leonard Cde Vaca. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Cora Archuleta, numerous brothers, sisters, in-laws, many nieces, nephews, uncles & aunts. Visitation will take place on Thursday, Dec. 15th 2016 at 5:00 pm, followed by Rosary at 6:00 pm, and Mass of Christian Burial at 7 pm at San Ysidro Catholic Church (center). Interment will take place at Rosario Cemetery on Friday, Dec. 16th at 10am. Pallbearers: Leonard Cde Vaca, Jessica Perea, Aiden Perea.
