James D. "Jim" Nicely, 66CLAYPOOL - James D. "Jim" Nicely, 66, of Claypool, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016. He was born on August 31, 1950 in Muncie to the late Charles and Agnes (Jacobs) Nicely. He worked as a maintenance supervisor for the City of Fort Wayne and other companies. He loved fishing, hunting, bird watching, camping, watching Nascar, helping people, and fixing things. Surviving family include, Jamie, Matthew, and Racer Nicely, Micah Bolter, Terrilynn Nicely, Alyssa, Ashly, and Anthony Cuellar, Brenden, and Madison Nicely; and great grandchildren, Hazel and Summer. He was preceded in passing by his wife, Patricia Nicely. A gathering of friends and family will be from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at The Pointe Church, 5335 Bass Rd., Fort Wayne.
