James Thomas, a beloved member of the Gary, Indiana community, passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on June 5, 1959, to Dorothy and Richard Thomas. James was known for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering loyalty to those around him. He was a hardworking individual who could always be counted on for his dedication to his work and his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. James is survived by wife Gwendolyn Thomas.; sons Joseph Thomas; Kevin coley; Marlon Cole; Daughters; Talisha Coley; and Madeleine Coley, and a host of grandchildren, cousins and friends. James will be remembered for his warm spirit and the positive impact he had on the lives of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.
