We mourn the loss and celebrate the life of James Richardson of Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on August 6, 2024. He was born on April 6, 1934, to Danny Richardson and Betty Mae Richardson.

James was married to his beloved wife, Judy Richardson, for 68 years. Together, they raised four children: James Richardson Junior (spouse Evelyn), Doretha Grant (spouse Darrell), Susie May Richardson, and Jesse Richardson (spouse Lucille). He was also a loving grandfather to seven grandchildren.

James worked as a plumber and carpenter before retiring in 1965. Outside of work, he enjoyed hobbies such as fishing. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his hard work, and his love for the outdoors.

James Richardson will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
