James Rutherford Ownby, 84, on November 13, 2021 he lost a Battle with Covid and passed away
He was born to Hop ownby and Elizabeth ownby in Sevierville, Tennessee on January 01, 1937.
He married Meredith ownby in 2000 and they lived together in North Charleston, South Carolina Until she passed away in 2017 .He will be remembered by his 2 children Cammie fox, Amy ownby . He is also survived by 2 grandchildren.
James graduated from Sevier County. Served this country in the Navy for 15 years
James worked at Fort Sanders until he retired in 2005 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
