James Neal , 76, passed on August 02, 2021. He was born to Gerald Neal and Dorthy Neal in Vicksburg, Mississippi on May 20, 1945.

He married Christine Neal and they lived together in Memphis, Tennessee. Together they raised 3 children Tony Neal, Lynnelle Judge (Marcus Judge ), Tonya Wells (Eric Wells). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

James graduated from Vicksburg High School and received a degree from the Illinois Central College .

James worked at Yardmaster and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
