James Johnson, of Coolidge, Texas, passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 93. He was born on April 4, 1930.

James was a devoted husband to Mary Johnson. They were married for 64 years and together they raised four children: Hope Lang, Beverly Johnson, Jarrod Johnson, and Tiffany Smith. James was also a loving grandfather to eight grandchildren.

James was a hardworking individual who owned his own Plumbing Company. He dedicated many years to his business before retiring in 2000. In his spare time, James was passionate about teaching kids carpentry skills and was involved in various community organizations.

James served in the Military and was proud of his service to his country. He had a love for music and enjoyed playing the saxophone in his free time. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and dedication to his family and community.

James Johnson will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
