James (Jimmy) Jernigan, 47, of Tampa, Florida, passed on September 12, 2023. James (Jimmy) was born on March 16, 1976. A father of two, Kayla B. Jernigan (Daughter), James R. Jernigan (Son). And Grandfather to Three, Rain M. Rose (Granddaughter), Adeline M. Jernigan (Granddaughter), Jaime K. Jernigan (Granddaughter). And beloved life time partner of 25 years, Terry L. Jarnagin (Wife). Jimmy lived a happy long but not long enough life. He was originally born in San Antonio, Texas but relocated in 2014 to Tampa, Florida in hopes to connect better with our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Jimmy was know for his humorous jokes, and center of the party. He was voted class clown in 10th grade for dressing like Shenaynay from the show Martin. Jimmy’s most favorite hobby was spending time with his Family especially his children and grandchildren. His wishes were for everyone to be and get healthy, and to live life to the fullest, and to not take life for granted, to enjoy the small things and moments. To have fun, and take lots of adventures because God can call you home any minute as tomorrow or even the next hour is not promised.
