We are deeply saddened to announce the untimely passing of our beloved Jamar Bonds Jr., who was born on July 8, 2009, in Tampa, Florida, United States. He tragically left this world on January 8, 2026, at the young age of 16.
Jamar was the cherished son of Jamar Bonds Sr. and Jewel McMillian. He was also a beloved brother to Brandon Mitchell and had two loving sisters, Jamela Bonds and Jamila Bonds. Jamar had a partner and many friends who will miss him dearly.
Jamar attended Brandon High School, where he excelled academically and graduated in 2026. He had a passion for playing games, basketball, and football, and was known for his competitive spirit and love for sports.
Unfortunately, Jamar's life was cut short when he was struck by a train on his way to school. His passing has left a deep void in the hearts of his family and friends, and he will be remembered for his kind soul, infectious smile, and unwavering determination.
Although Jamar did not have any children of his own, he touched the lives of many and will forever be missed.
