Jakeem Folk, born on November 26, 1999, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, passed away on February 12, 2025. He was the beloved son of Charles and Cynthia Folk.
Jakeem attended Colleton County High School and graduated in 2018. He had a passion for basketball and spent many hours on the court perfecting his skills.
Although he did not have any children of his own, Jakeem touched the lives of many with his kind heart and infectious smile. He will be deeply missed by his loving Parents (Charles & Cynthia Folk) One sister Sasha(Jaquaa) Hamilton, One Brother, Charles Jaquan Folk of Ladson Sc,friends, and all who knew him.
