Jacqueline Denise Hollis-Tate was born January 5,1963 to the late Ernest Duren and Annie Mae Haygood in Huntsville, Alabama                 Jackie gave her life to the Lord at an early age where she joined St. James Primitive Baptist Church of Huntsville, Alabama. Jackie renewed her life to the Lord and joined The Rock Family Worship Center.

    Jacqueline was proceeded in death by her parents Ernest Duren and Annie Mae Haygood,

   She leaves to cherish her memories: Two children, Christell Hollis (Jermaine) Columbus, Mississippi, Donald Tate ( Nakia Watkins) Decatur, Alabama; Brothers Rick Lee Funderburk of South Carolina, Micheal Duren, Ricky Lee Duren both of Huntsville, Alabama, Sisters; Annette Anderson-Davis and Sherry-Ann Carlisle both of Limestone County, Paula Haygood of Huntsville, Alabama; five grandchildren; DeAires, Madyson, Charli-Ana, Carter, and Greyson of Huntsville, Alabama; two great grandchildren; Landen, and Dylan of Huntsville Alabama. She leaves two Sister-In-Laws Martha Toney-Duren of Morgan County, and Alisha Duren of Limestone County and a Special Friend
