Jacqueline Belcher Milbourne, daughter of Lillie Belcher Gaines and the late Harvey Dean was born April 2, 1965, in Edgecomb County, North Carolina. She departed this life on March 6, 2023, in Greensboro North Carolina.

Jacqueline attended and graduated in 1983 from Northern Nash Senior High School. She was employed at Master Klean Dry- cleaning & Laundry.

Jacqueline was proceeded in death by her grandmother and grandfather; Dorothy and Robert; an Aunt Flora; Father; Harvey Dean Milbourne Sr. and stepfather; Winston Gaines; and sisters; Carolyn and Linda Milbourne; Brother; Harvey Dean Milbourne Jr; Cousin: Cutris; two uncles James and Charles.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish in her memory, her grandmother; Geraldine Thompson, Mother; Lillie Gaines, Sisters; Sherry Lawrence, Roxie Wheeler, Shuntaye Mickens, Shuntale Gaines, Three Children: Shannon Milbourne, Jerlvonte Milbourne, N'tara Milbourne, Husband; Gerald Reynold; A host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, step kids, In-laws: Jessica Reynolds, Jean Pettaway, A very special best friend Starlet Jones and a host of other friends and family.

Jacqueline "Jack Rock " Milbourne will forever live in our hearts.
