Kramer, 86, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Tennessee State Veterans Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN.Jacob was born on November 14, 1930, in Christopher, IL to the late Jacob Kramer and Bertha Sidwell Kramer. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Annie C. Kramer.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Johnny Collins and Rev. Glen Kramer officiating. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.Jacob was retired from Daniel Construction.Jacob is survived by two sons, Jake (Melba) Kramer and Randell Kramer of South Carolina; two daughters, Connie (Gary) Yarbrough and Cindy (Danny) Barger of Clarksville, TN; two brothers, Glen Kramer and Harold Kramer; two sisters, Katherine Bell and Charlotte Peraz of Illinois; and five grandchildren.Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.Arranegments entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
