It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob Chigumbura, who was born on March 5, 1945 and passed away on August 27, 2024. Jacob was a beloved husband, devoted father, and adoring grandfather who touched the lives of all who knew him.

Jacob was born to Arnold and Mercy Chigumbura in an undefined location, where he grew up and later met the love of his life, Layla Chigumbura. They were married for 36 years and together raised four children.

Jacob was a hardworking individual who dedicated his career to engineering. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and ensure they had a comfortable life. His work ethic and passion for his profession were recognized by all who had the pleasure of working with him.

Outside of his career, Jacob was a loving husband and father. He adored his children and grandchildren, always putting their needs before his own. He was a pillar of strength for his family, offering guidance, support, and unconditional love throughout his life.

Jacob's passing was a result of a stroke, which he fought bravely but ultimately succumbed to. His family and friends will always remember him for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.
