Jacky Chik-Chi Chan was born on December 5, 1958, to Chan Wing-Kai and Choy Au Po in Hong Kong. Jacky, despite significant improvement to his health, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Pauline Dunn; and his three children, Stephanie, Michael, and Elizabeth. A private Viewing with family and relatives will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., and Viewings will be open to public from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, followed with a service beginning at 12:00 noon.
