We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Jack Forsyth, who left us far too soon at the age of 16 on October 6th, 2024. Jack was born on November 27, 2007 in Roseto, Pennsylvania to proud parents Eric and Stacey Forsyth.

Jack brought so much joy and laughter to everyone he met with his infectious smile and fun-loving personality. He had a passion for life and a zest for adventure that was truly inspiring.

His daughter, Julie,(3 Months) was the light of his life and he was so proud of her !

Jack had a heart of gold and was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in knowing that Jack is now at peace. May his spirit live on in the memories we hold dear.

Rest in peace, Jack. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
