Spallone, Jack S. Jack S. Spallone, age 74, of Phoenix, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 9, 2017. He was born on July 11, 1942 to the late Jack A. and Minnie Spallone in Philadelphia, PA. He attended Villanova University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Jack worked as a Chemical Engineer, and, most recently, as an estimator at Suntech Glass. Jack was a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed poker, golf and frequent trips to Starbucks. Raised in South Philadelphia, he was proud of his Italian heritage and loved all things Italian, especially food and the Godfather movies. Jack is survived by his loving spouse of 45 years, Ginny, 5 children: Caroline Tuttle, Jennifer (Francis) Lai, Melissa Abruzzo, Jack (Naiara) Spallone, and Sarah (John) Jacob, two siblings: Richard (Kate) Spallone and Pat (David White) Spallone, twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many other loving family and friends. Jack's family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Shadow Mountain Mortuary followed by an 11:30 am graveside service at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E.
