Jack Eugene Slawson Obituary

Feb 08, 1937 - Jul 24, 2024

This obituary is administered by:

The Man, The Myth, The Legend.

Jack Eugene Slawson or "Big Mack Jack" as he was known by friends and loved ones passed away peacefully in his mansion in Table Rock, South Carolina. Jack was born somewhere up north, maybe Maine, in 1937. From the age that Jack could walk and talk there wasn't a single woman he couldn't charm with his twinkling blue eyes, boyish charm, and debonair demeanor.

Jack's interests didn't only lie with wooing and charming women. He enlisted in the Navy at some point, and served his country. He loved this country and the freedom it stood for.

Jack was also an avid outdoors man. At one time, he hiked the Appalachian Trail and lived off the land. It has been said that Jack wrestled an alligator, and he killed the alligator with only a pocket knife. Jack was known as the greatest heavy machinery operator in the whole upstate of South Carolina. Jack won the lottery in 2007, and comfortably retired as a millionaire.

Some of this is true, some of it is not. Knowing Jack, he would appreciate this obituary, because one thing he surely did love, was a tall tale. That one is true. May you rest in peace, Jack.
