J.P. Mabrey of Lawrenceville, passed away August 29 2018.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on September 6 2018 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Rusty Ruark and Jimmy Griffeth will officiate. Interment will follow at Loganville Memorial Gardens. A reception will be held after the interment at Loganville Christian Church.

Mr. Mabrey was a carpenter and installed the first steeple on Monroe First United Methodist Church. He attended Loganville Baptist Church and retired from Ford Motor Company in Hapeville after 30 years of service. Mr. Mabrey was the oldest living male in his family’s history.
